Are the ingredients all natural?
Yes, our incense is made entirely from natural ingredients such as plants, flowers, herbs, and wood powders — with no artificial fragrance or chemicals added.
Can pregnant women and children use it?
No — for safety reasons, we do not recommend use by pregnant women or young children, even though our incense is made from 100% natural ingredients.
How should I store the incense?
Store the incense in a cool, dry place. Keep it away from humidity and preferably inside a box or sealed container.
How long does one stick burn?
One stick burns for about 30 minutes.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and delivered within 3–5 business days. You will receive updates and tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
